Google reader is an online feed aggregator with quick loading of the latest feed data from around the web using javascript. Instead of continuously checking your favourite sites for updates, you can let Google Reader do it for you.
Well there is point for Firefox surfers or users that they can add Google reader to their Google mail.
The steps required for doing so are here
1.You can download and install the file Greasemonkey 0.6.8.20070314.0 from here http://www.greasespot.net/

3. Now Open Firefox and navigate to file>>open file.
4. Then finally install file “gmail-reader.user”.
